Refund policy
Returns and exchanges- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange and item. After 30 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return or exchange, go to the Returns & Exchanges page and fill out the form or CLICK HERE.
Your item(s) must have the original packaging and tags still attached. Please do not ship your package bag in product packaging. All items must be shipped in a poly-mailer or envelope. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please include your order number, and email address used to place your order.
If you have completed a return, and have not yet received your refund, please try contacting your bank/card company. Some companies take longer to process refunds, and post them. If your bank/card company is not able to help you, contact us at support@oakfit.com. Markdown items are non-refundable/returnable.
Exchanges may take place if the item is defective/damaged. We can exchange full priced items for different sizes, if you don't absolutely love the fit of your purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges of returned/exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Once we receive your return item and it has been checked for quality, we will ship out your new item, or process your refund. Exchange times vary based on where you live, and how long it takes for your return to arrive to us.
International orders- Shipping fees do not include customs and duty fees that may be charged by your country of residence. We are not responsible for these taxes and fees. These fees vary based on your country of residence.
